Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, we will leave for the emblematic Piedra del Peñol, located 75 km from the city of Medellín. This stone is a rock formation that stands 220 meters above a dam that generates a significant part of the country's electrical energy. At this point, anyone who wishes can ascend on foot the more than 702 steps that lead to the top to enjoy a panoramic view of the municipalities of Guatapé and El Peñol. Then, we will embark on a traditional boat to panoramicly appreciate the landscape of the dam and its history. We will arrive at a local restaurant, where we will enjoy a typical lunch and continue with the visit to the picturesque town of Guatapé, known for the colorful zócalos that decorate its houses and the famous Plazoleta de los Zócalos. Return to Medellín.
