I RATES

• Children's Rate: Applies to children ages 2 to 11; children 12 and older will pay the adult rate.
• DOES NOT INCLUDE the environmental sanitation tax (31.12 MXN per room, per night, subject to change), which must be paid by the guest upon check-in.
• Rates do not apply to groups, Easter, Formula 1, Day of the Dead (from October 24th to November 5th), the December holidays, and other special dates.
• Triple rooms only have two double beds; therefore, two guests must share the same accommodation.

I HOTELS

This is a list of the most frequently used hotels on this tour. This information is for information purposes only; guests may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments in the same category.

I IMPORTANT

• Hotel Check-out: 12:00 PM.
• Hotel Check-in: 3:00 PM.
• Most hotels are non-smoking.
• Maximum 2 children under 12 years old per room, accompanied by an adult. Rooms have 2 double beds.
• Children over 12 years old are considered adults.
• In Mexico, it is very common to tip if the service received meets your expectations. We suggest: 20 MXN per person per day for the driver; 50 MXN per person per day for the guide; airport assistance: 25 MXN per bag; restaurants: 10%-15% of the total bill.
• The rainy season in Mexico is between May and September.
• Depending on adverse weather conditions or events beyond our control, we may have to cancel certain tours or excursions for safety reasons.
• Luggage transportation for ground transportation is limited to one piece per person with a maximum linear dimension of 158 cm and a maximum weight of 23 kg.

I OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose prices are described in the program, will be offered by our operator at the destination, purchased locally or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established in the circuits may vary. The guide has complete discretion to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We will not be responsible for services contracted with other companies.

I PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit $125.00 per passenger
• 120 days before the start of the trip: 25% payment of the contracted program fee
• 90 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program fee
• 45 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program fee
