A journey brimming with contrasts, tradition, and modernity awaits you amidst the ancient temples of Japan and the vibrant energy of South Korea. The adventure begins in Tokyo, where the serenity of the shrines, the colors of Asakusa, and urban elegance blend with unique experiences like sailing on Lake Ashi with majestic Mount Fuji as a backdrop. From there, the magic continues towards Kyoto and Nara, the cradle of ancient dynasties, with their perfect gardens, endless torii gates, and temples that seem to have stepped out of another era.
Next, the journey takes you to South Korea, where Seoul dazzles with its skyscrapers, futuristic neighborhoods, royal palaces, and inexhaustible cultural scene. From observation decks hundreds of meters high to traditional markets bursting with flavor, each day reveals a different facet of this fascinating city.
Between bullet trains, ancestral ceremonies, historic districts, sacred islands, towering skyscrapers, and landscapes that blend tradition and technology, this tour takes you through two countries that surprise at every turn. A vibrant, cultural experience full of memorable moments that will be etched in your memory forever.
DAY 01 (TUESDAY) TOKYO
Arrival at Narita or Haneda International Airport.
*Depending on your flight's arrival time, there may not be a direct Airport Limousine Bus to the hotel. In that case, you will take a bus to Tokyo Station, from where you will take a taxi. (The assistant will give you enough cash for the taxi fare.) *If the Airport Limousine Bus is not operating, we will provide an alternative transfer (train + taxi, etc.).
*Guests will not be able to enter their rooms until check-in time (3:00 PM). *On the first day of the program (Tuesday or Friday), a Spanish-speaking guide will be available at the hotel from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM to provide information to passengers.
Note: In the event of a significant flight delay in Japan, we may not be able to reschedule the arrival transfer. In such a case, passengers will be asked to make their own way to the hotel.
DAY 02 (WEDNESDAY) TOKYO
Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:20 a.m., meet in the lobby on the ground floor/1st floor of The Main Tower for a half-day group tour of Tokyo with a Spanish-speaking guide.
WE WILL VISIT:
Around 1:00 p.m., the tour concludes in Ginza. The rest of the afternoon is free. Return to the hotel on your own (The guide will explain how to get back to the hotel).
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: “TEA CEREMONY” IN ASAKUSA (85 USD NET PER PERSON)
Notes: *Participants in this optional activity will not travel to Ginza with the group by bus. Socks are required for the tea ceremony. We do not sell this optional activity at the destination. Passengers need to book this flight 3 weeks before traveling to Japan. Depending on availability, we may not be able to confirm availability.
DAY 03 (THURSDAY) TOKYO – HAKONE – TOKYO
Breakfast at the hotel. At 7:50 a.m., meet in the lobby for a full-day group excursion to Hakone with a Spanish-speaking guide.
WE WILL VISIT:
At 5:00 p.m., return to the hotel. Lunch at a restaurant is included that day.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In case the boat does not operate due to heavy rain and wind, we will visit Hakone Sekishoato (a reconstruction of a checkpoint on a medieval road) as an alternative.
DAY 04 (FRIDAY) TOKYO – KYOTO – NARA – KYOTO
Breakfast at the hotel. *One suitcase per person will be sent separately by truck from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto.

Start of the group excursion to Nara. Nara is located one hour away from Kyoto.
IN NARA WE WILL VISIT:
At 6:00-6:30 pm, arrival at the hotel in Kyoto and check-in.
*Lunch is NOT included. We will have free time for lunch.
One suitcase per person will be sent separately by truck from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto.
*When there are more than 40 passengers on a departure, we charter a private truck to transport the suitcases from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto. In this case, the suitcases arrive at the hotel in Kyoto in the afternoon of the same day.
During the low season, when there are not enough passengers, we do not charter a truck and use a regular delivery service. In this case, the suitcases arrive at the hotel in Kyoto the following day, so passengers need to bring a backpack or small suitcase with clothes and other essentials for their overnight stay.
DAY 05 (SATURDAY) KYOTO
Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:20 a.m., meet in the lobby and depart for a full-day group tour of Kyoto with a Spanish-speaking guide.
WE WILL VISIT:
Around 5:30 p.m., return to the hotel. Lunch at a restaurant is included that day. Overnight stay.
For those who wish to visit Gion (the geisha district), we will continue immediately to this district by bus. The walk through the Gion district and return to the hotel from there will be at the passengers' own expense.
DAY 06 (SUNDAY) KYOTO
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day free for personal activities.
OPTIONAL TOUR TO HIROSHIMA & MIYAJIMA (USD 500.00 NET PER PERSON):
WE WILL VISIT:
At the end of the tour, transfer to Hiroshima Station and departure at approximately 5:57 PM for Kyoto on the Nozomi Shinkansen (bullet train) #52. The tour ends upon arrival at Kyoto Station at approximately 7:37 PM. Transfers from the station to the hotel are the responsibility of the passengers, either by hotel shuttle bus or taxi. Lunch is NOT included. Overnight stay.

DAY 07 KYOTO – DEPARTURE FROM JAPAN (KANSAI) - ARRIVAL IN KOREA (INCHEON OR GIMPO) - SEOUL (Monday)
Breakfast at the hotel.
If there are no seats available on the bus to Kansai Airport, the transfer will be on the Haruka Express train. The assistant will NOT accompany passengers to the airport. Arrival at the airport and check-in at your airline counter on your own.
If the flight departure time is 8:00 a.m. or earlier, meet a taxi driver at the hotel entrance.
Regarding the departure transfer, if your flight departs from Kansai Airport (KIX) at 8:00 AM or earlier, a supplement of 15,000 JPY per passenger will apply, as we will book a taxi for the transfer. (For a single passenger, the supplement will be 30,000 JPY.)
KOREA
Depending on your flight, the arrival airport may be Incheon International Airport (ICN) or Gimpo International Airport (GMP).
After immigration, passengers will be met by our English-speaking driver in the airport arrivals hall, who will be holding a sign with their names. They will receive a welcome call in Spanish from the local tour operator via the driver. Transfer by private vehicle to the hotel. Overnight stay.
*Guests will not be able to access their room until check-in time (3:00 PM).
DAY 08 SEOUL (Tuesday)
Breakfast at the hotel. 9:30 AM Meeting in the hotel lobby on the ground floor (1st Floor / 1F) with a Spanish-speaking guide.
Today we will visit the southern area of Seoul to explore the city's most modern and luxurious districts.
We will visit:
It is the tallest skyscraper in Korea at 555 meters and 123 floors. We will enjoy spectacular panoramic views from the Seoul Sky Observatory.
It is the symbol of the modern development of the Gangnam district. It was built for the 1988 Olympic Games. In front of COEX is the iconic "Gangnam Style" sculpture – the crossed hands of Korea's most viral dance. Inside COEX, we will visit the Starfield Library, considered by many to be one of the most beautiful libraries in the world, with giant bookshelves that rise several stories high.
We'll transfer from COEX to Gangnam Square by subway to experience this highly efficient, clean, punctual, and incredibly intuitive public transportation system. The subway ride takes approximately 5 minutes. This experience will allow you to easily navigate the subway in your free time in Seoul later on.
Lunch is not included. You'll have free time for lunch at COEX.
The tour ends in Gangnam at 4:00 PM. You can continue exploring the area on your own or return to your hotel with the guide.
Note: Even with 10 or more passengers, we will use the subway for this leg of the experience.
How to get back to your hotel from Gangnam Station:
The hotel is located near Dongdaemun History Culture Park Station (Exit 12). Take Line 2 (green line) from Gangnam Station to Dongdaemun History Culture Park. The journey takes approximately half an hour.

DAY 09 SEOUL (Wednesday)
Breakfast at the hotel.
At 9:00 am, meet in the hotel lobby on the ground floor (1st Floor / 1F) with a Spanish-speaking guide. Today we will explore the northern part of Seoul, visiting mainly the city's historical monuments.
We will visit:
The largest palace in Korea, originally built in 1395 as the main seat of the Joseon Dynasty. We will see the spectacular changing of the guard ceremony, a traditional reenactment with costumes and drum music.
A wide pedestrian avenue in front of Gyeongbokgung Palace, decorated with fountains, sculptures, and the iconic statues of King Sejong and Admiral Yi Sun-shin.
A modern, wave-shaped building whose design is inspired by the eaves of traditional Korean houses.
One of the five royal palaces, notable for its unique blend of Korean and Western architecture.
The most popular area in Korea, full of cosmetics and fashion boutiques, street food, and a vibrant atmosphere.
The tour ends in Myeongdong at 1:00 PM. Return to the hotel on your own.
How to get back to the hotel from Myeongdong Station

Optional tour to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) (ONLY SOLD ON-SITE)
Meeting in the hotel lobby on the ground floor (1st Floor / 1F) with a Spanish-speaking guide. Transfer by private vehicle to the Paju Demilitarized Zone for a guided tour of the North-South Korean border.
WE WILL SEE:

*The meeting time for this tour will be communicated to participants the day before.
Note: There is a possibility that this optional tour to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) may not operate and that its itinerary may be modified without prior notice due to the political situation, decisions by the Korean military, etc.
DAY 11 SEOUL – DEPARTURE FROM KOREA (INCHEON OR GIMPO)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Meeting in the hotel lobby on the ground floor (1st Floor / 1F) with a driver and transfer to the airport in a private vehicle without Spanish-speaking assistance.
