Transfer to the airport. Departure to Cusco. Arrival, assistance, and transfer to the hotel. We will ascend to the Sacsayhuamán Archaeological Park and begin the tour by visiting the fortress of the same name, a beautiful place that radiates peace and tranquility. We will admire the enormous rocks, up to 4 meters high, that were used in its construction. We will continue with Q'enqo, an ancient Puma temple where we can see an altar for sacrifices inside a huge rock, and then visit Tambomachay, the sacred springs of life and health. Along the way, we will have a panoramic view of Puca Pucará, a watchtower that guarded the entrance to the city. Afterwards, we will head to the Temple of the Sun Qorikancha, on which the Convent of Santo Domingo was built. Legend has it that this temple was completely covered with gold plates, which amazed the conquistadors upon their arrival. To conclude, we will visit the Plaza de Armas and enter the Cathedral, which houses invaluable colonial works and paintings, such as the Cross that arrived with the first conquistadors. The Sacred Valley of the Incas welcomes us today. Our first stop will be the Inca town of Pisac, one of the most beautiful archaeological sites in the Sacred Valley. From the top of the mountain, we overlook the colonial town of Pisac. We will take a walking tour of the colonial town and have time to shop at artisan workshops. Next, we will head to the Inkariy Museum to explore the various rooms showcasing representations of pre-Hispanic cultures of ancient Peru. Lunch. We will visit the Yucay Living Culture Center, a tourist complex where local residents will show us their techniques for weaving and dyeing traditional textiles, making adobe bricks, preparing traditional chicha, a corn beverage, and offer a close encounter with Andean camelids: llamas and alpacas. Day 04: SACRED VALLEY: MORAY TERRACES, MARAS SALT MINES, AND LIVING INCA TOWN OF OLLANTAYTAMBO

This day will take us to discover the wonderful sites that the Sacred Valley of the Incas holds. We will visit the Inca terraces of Moray, a laboratory designed to recreate 20 different microclimates and ensure the empire's agricultural production. We will then continue to the town of Maras, where we will find the famous and ancient salt mines, which have been exploited since time immemorial. The contrast of the white salt pools with the clayey land makes this landscape a must-see for photographs. Lunch. In the afternoon, we will explore the streets, plazas, and terraces of Ollantaytambo, the last living Inca town. We will enter the archaeological site that dominates the town, where we can see the technique used by the Incas to work stone in the partially constructed Temple of the Sun. At the appropriate time, we will board the train from the town's station to reach the town of Machu Picchu, located at the foot of the mountain. Accommodation.

Day 05: MACHU PICCHU, THE LOST CITY

The long-awaited day to visit one of the 7 Wonders of the World. Board at the Ollantaytambo station. Departure on the selected train. Arrival at the Machu Picchu station. Our staff will assist you in boarding the bus that will ascend along a winding road with spectacular views of the Urubamba River, forming a deep canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome us with its incredible terraces, staircases, ceremonial spaces, and urban areas. The energy of the place emanates from every corner. Lunch. At the scheduled time, return by train and transfer to the hotel in Cusco. Accommodation.

Day 06: VINICUNCA, RAINBOW MOUNTAIN

Very early in the morning, we will embark on our journey through the Southern Valley to Phulawasipata, the starting point of our adventure to Cerro Colorado or Rainbow Mountain, Vinicunca, located about 100 km southeast of Cusco. After enjoying our breakfast, we will begin our hike to the access control point of this mystical place. As we continue the hike, we will observe how the colors around us change with the weather, reaching an approximate altitude of 5000 meters above sea level, the summit of the mysterious mountain. Its geological formations will reveal their full splendor against the blue sky, forming a formidable barrier between the coastal desert and the Amazon rainforest dominated by the beautiful snow-capped Ausangate.   • CUSCO

• The Lima/Cusco flight should be considered early in the morning (arrive in Cusco no later than 11:30am) so that passengers can rest and acclimatize before starting the excursion in the afternoon (1:30pm).

• The excursion to Machu Picchu has been quoted on the EXPEDITION train service with lunch at a local restaurant (drinks not included).

• Entry tickets to Machu Picchu are limited and are subject to availability until receiving the issuance order and complete information (full name, passport number or ID card (It must be the same document with which you will travel), date of birth and nationality.

• Once purchased and issued:

• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and do not accept changes.
