HOTELS

• The mentioned hotels are for reference only, as they are the most commonly used for this type of tour. However, when guaranteeing services, it is important to consider that the confirmed hotels may be others of the same category.

ITINERARY

• This itinerary may be subject to changes due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseeable factors, or availability at the time of booking.
• The order of the itinerary may change, but this will not affect its content.

Regular/Shared Services

• These services are carried out in shared groups with other tourists. Transportation, guided tours, and activities are done together with other participants. Schedules and itineraries may be subject to adjustments to coordinate with other groups.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present their identity card, valid passport, or birth certificate.

DEPOSITS

• Deposits are NON-refundable.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR BELIZE

• Verify whether a visa or other document is required for entry into the country from your country of residence. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary documentation to enter Belize.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• Initial deposit:                       $125.00 per passenger
• 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program value
• 90 days before the start of the trip:  80% payment of the contracted program value
• 60 days before the start of the trip:  100% payment of the contracted program value
