American breakfast. Today we leave for Quebec. We will visit the oldest historical city of this nation. Panoramic visit: the University of Laval, historical monuments, the Citadel and other points of interest. After lunch (not included) we will have time to walk this city and then return to Montreal. We begin our visit to Canada's capital city, visiting Parliament (in summer we will see the Changing of the Guard), residential neighborhoods, mansions of the Prime Minister and the Governor General, the residences of the ambassadors, the Supreme Court and other points of interest. After lunch (not included), departure to Brockville to enjoy a short cruise through the Thousand Islands of the St. Lawrence River. This region is the place where the popular Thousand Islands dressing was created, and is also one of the regions of eastern Canada preferred as a tourist destination. The cruise, which lasts approximately 1 hour, shows the spectacular panoramic views of the area and provides information about the history of the area, its legends and its people. You can also see ships from all over the world cautiously navigating the narrow sections of the St. Lawrence River, the longest freshwater canal in the world.
