TRAVEL NOTES

• Travel documents are delivered 8 days prior to departure.
• This itinerary may be subject to change due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
• As of March 1, 2024, all travelers staying in any type of accommodation throughout Greece are required to pay the "Climate Crisis Resilience Tax." The rates indicated above do not include this tax. The hotel is responsible for collecting the corresponding amount directly from guests. The tour operator cannot act as an intermediary for this payment and assumes no responsibility if the hotel does not receive the corresponding amount directly from the client.
• A multiple-entry Schengen visa is required for certain countries.
• All itineraries are subject to change without notice. The order of visits may vary from the original program due to circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event of unavailable hotels, similar hotels will be used.
• Excursions and tours: Tours include an air-conditioned bus and a professional Spanish-speaking guide. All excursions and visits not listed under "includes" are optional.
• Tours are sold by category, not by hotel names, which are provided for informational purposes only.
• The order of the tour may be changed without prior notice, while always respecting all included visits.
• Program with stay in Athens in Basic Category, on the Tourist Category Hotels circuit.
• Program with stay in Athens in Selection, Superior, and Luxury Categories, on the First Category Hotels circuit.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is detailed in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established for the tours may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We are not responsible for services contracted with other companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit: $125.00 per passenger or the total cost of the airfare
• 120 days prior to departure: 50% payment of the contracted program price
• 90 days prior to departure: 80% payment of the contracted program price
• 60 days prior to departure: 100% payment of the contracted program price
