CHILDREN'S RATES:

Children sharing a room with their parents without an extra bed (maximum two adults + one child)

• 0-2 years: Free. (Supplement applies for the 4x4 safari excursion).
• 3-5 years: 75% discount on the adult rate in a double room.
• 6-11 years: 50% discount on the adult rate in a double room.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is detailed in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established for the tours may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCESSING A DUBAI VISA

• The required documents must be sent to Mega Travel, to the email address of the advisor handling your booking, 90 days prior to departure if it is a regular Mega Travel tour.
• A high-quality, COLOR scan of your passport in .JPG format is required. The scan must be of the open passport containing the information. The information must remain sharp and clear even at 200% zoom, and all four edges must be visible. The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your departure date from the United Arab Emirates.
• One digital color photograph with a white background (4.3 x 5.5 cm, JPG format, 40 KB file size).
• Photo of the passport cover. It is essential to attach a clear and legible image of the passport's outer cover, clearly showing the biometric passport symbol. This is mandatory for Dubai immigration authorities to verify the passenger's information. The image must show the entire cover, without reflections or cropping.
• For minors: a notarized exit permit (in Spanish and English) and a birth certificate.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit: $125.00 per passenger or the full cost of the airfare
• 120 days prior to departure: 50% payment of the total program cost
• 90 days prior to departure: 80% payment of the total program cost
• 60 days prior to departure: 100% payment of the total program cost
