From the vibrant metropolis of Tokyo to the tranquil landscapes of Hakone and the ancient spirituality of Kyoto and Nara, this carefully designed itinerary will take you to the country's most iconic and magical places.
DAY 01 (TUESDAY OR FRIDAY) TOKYO
Arrival at Narita or Haneda International Airport.
*Depending on the flight arrival time, there will not be a direct Airport Limousine Bus to the hotel. In this case, you will take a bus to Tokyo Station, from where you will take a taxi. (The attendant will provide passengers with sufficient cash for taxi fare.) *In the event that the Airport Limousine Bus is not operating, we will provide an alternative transfer (train + taxi, etc.).
*You will not be allowed into your room until check-in time (3:00 PM). *On the first day of the program (Tuesday or Friday), an English-speaking guide will be present at the hotel from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM to provide information to passengers.
Note: In the event of a significant flight delay in Japan, we may not be able to re-arrange your arrival transfer. In this case, we will ask that passengers make their own way to the hotel.
DAY 02 (WEDNESDAY OR SATURDAY) TOKYO.
Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:20 a.m., meeting in the lobby on the ground floor/1st floor of The Main Tower. Half-day group tour of Tokyo with an English-speaking guide.
WE WILL SEE:
Around 1:00 p.m., the tour concludes in Ginza. The rest of the afternoon is free. Return to the hotel on your own (the guide will explain how to get back to the hotel).
OPTIONAL TEA CEREMONY ACTIVITY IN ASAKUSA (NET USD 85 PER PERSON)
At 12:30 p.m., after visiting Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise Street in Asakusa, meet with a English-speaking guide. (The guide will indicate the meeting point during the Senso-ji Temple tour.)
Transfer to the tea ceremony venue on foot with the assistant.
At 1:00 PM Tea ceremony begins
At 2:00 PM The activity ends at Asakusa Subway Station. (The assistant will explain how to return to the hotel or take the subway to Ginza, but will not escort them.) *Lunch is NOT included. If you are hungry, you should eat a light meal during free time on Nakamise Street in Asakusa.
Notes: *Participants in this optional activity will not travel to Ginza with the group by bus. They must bring socks to participate in the tea ceremony. This optional activity will not be sold at the destination. Passengers must reserve this ticket three weeks before traveling to Japan. Depending on availability, we may not be able to confirm.
DAY 03 (THURSDAY OR SUNDAY) TOKYO – HAKONE – TOKYO
Breakfast at the hotel. At 7:50 a.m., meeting in the lobby and departure for a full-day group excursion to Hakone with an English-speaking guide.
WE WILL SEE:
At 5:00 p.m., return to the hotel. Lunch at a restaurant is included that day.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In case the boat is unable to operate due to heavy rain and wind, we will visit Hakone Sekishoato (a reconstruction of a medieval road checkpoint) as an alternative.
DAY 4 (FRIDAY OR MONDAY) TOKYO – KYOTO – NARA – KYOTO
Breakfast at the hotel. *One suitcase per person will be transported separately by bus from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto.

Start of the group tour to Nara. Nara is located one hour from Kyoto.
IN NARA, WE WILL SEE:
At 6:00-6:30 p.m., arrive at the hotel in Kyoto and check in.
*Lunch is NOT included. We will have free time for lunch.
One suitcase per person will be sent separately by truck from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto.
*When there are more than 40 passengers on a departure, we charter a private truck to transport the suitcases from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto, and in this case the suitcases arrive at the hotel in Kyoto in the afternoon of the same day.
During the off-season when there are not enough passengers, we do not charter a truck and use a regular delivery service. In this case, the suitcases arrive at the hotel in Kyoto the following day, so passengers need to bring a backpack or small suitcase with clothing and other essentials for an overnight stay.
DAY 05 (SATURDAY OR TUESDAY) KYOTO
Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:20 a.m., meeting in the lobby and departure for a full-day group tour of Kyoto with an English-speaking guide.
WE WILL SEE:
Around 5:30 p.m., return to the hotel. Lunch at a restaurant is included that day. Overnight stay.
For those who wish to visit Gion (the geisha district), we will continue immediately to this district by bus. The tour of the Gion district and the return trip to the hotel from there will be at the passengers' own expense.
DAY 06 (SUNDAY OR WEDNESDAY) KYOTO
Breakfast at the hotel. The entire day is free for personal activities.
OPTIONAL TOUR TO HIROSHIMA & MIYAJIMA (NET USD 500.00 PER PERSON):
At 7:30 a.m., meet with your English-speaking guide in the hotel lobby and transfer to Kyoto Station.
At 8:26 a.m., depart from Kyoto on the Nozomi Shinkansen #3 and arrive in Hiroshima around 10:01 a.m., where the tour begins. (If there are fewer than 10 passengers, we will operate the tour using public transportation; if there are 10 or more passengers, we will operate the optional tour by private bus.)
WE WILL SEE:
At the end of the tour, transfer to Hiroshima Station and depart around 5:57 PM for Kyoto on the Nozomi Shinkansen #52. The tour ends upon arrival at Kyoto Station around 7:37 PM. Transfers from the station to the hotel are at the passengers' own expense, via the hotel shuttle bus or taxi. Lunch is NOT included. Accommodation is available.

In principle, we will not be selling this optional tour at the destination. Passengers must book the tour three weeks prior to their trip to Japan. Depending on availability, we may not be able to confirm.
DAY 07 (MONDAY OR THURSDAY) KYOTO – DEPARTURE FROM JAPAN (KANSAI OR ITAMI)
Breakfast at the hotel.
If your flight departure time is after 8:00 a.m., you will meet with an English-speaking assistant in the hotel entrance lobby. *The pick-up time will be determined by the guide based on your flight departure time and will be communicated to you during the tour. Transfer to Kyoto Station with the assistant via the hotel shuttle bus or taxi. The assistant will assist passengers with boarding the Airport Limousine Bus to Kansai or Itami Airport.
If there are no seats available on the bus to Kansai Airport, transfer will be made by the Haruka Express train. The assistant will NOT escort you to the airport. Arrival at the airport and check-in at your airline counter is at your own expense.
IF THE FLIGHT DEPARTURE TIME IS AT OR BEFORE 8:00 A.M.
Meet with a taxi driver at the hotel entrance. *Pickup time will be determined by the guide based on the flight departure time and will be communicated to passengers during the tour. Transfer to Kansai or Itami Airport by taxi without assistance. Arrive at the airport and check-in at your airline counter at your own expense.
*Regarding departure transfers, if your flight departs from Kansai Airport (KIX) or Itami Airport (ITM) at or before 8:00 a.m., a 15,000 JPY surcharge per passenger will apply, as we will reserve a taxi for the transfer. (For a single passenger, the surcharge will be 30,000 JPY.)
(Day 1) Assistance at the arrival airport to take the Airport Limousine Bus or taxi (no onboard assistance).
(Day 4) From your hotel in Tokyo to Tokyo Station. (No Spanish-speaking assistance will be provided on the departure transfer).
(Day 4) Suitcases will be transported separately by truck from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto, between the airports and hotels, and suitcases will be transported in the trunk of the vehicle.

*Children under 3 years of age receive a special discount. However, we do not offer beds in hotels, meals, or seats on trains and buses. They will have to share a bed with their parent(s) and will have to sit on their parent's lap if there are no free seats.
The program and itinerary rates have been calculated based on the exchange rate between the Japanese Yen and the US dollar. Therefore, these rates may vary at any time due to the behavior of different currencies. Travelers or travel agencies will be notified of these price changes in writing or by any other means, as these differences must be borne by the traveler.
***In the event that passengers do not use any of the services included in the program, there will be no discount or refund, for example due to a delayed arrival flight.

For transfers between airports and hotels, only one large suitcase (normal size / up to 23 kg) and one carry-on bag per person are permitted. The total weight of the baggage (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on bag) cannot exceed 30 kg. The sum of the three sides of the baggage (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on bag) must not exceed 2 meters combined.

The suggested visits or tours, whose prices are described in the program, will be offered by our operator at the destination, purchased locally or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established in the itineraries may vary. The guide has complete discretion to modify the order of scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.
We will not be responsible for services contracted with other companies.
