RATES

Shipping companies operating inter-island routes have the right to modify their schedules and timetables, as well as make changes to vessels, whenever they deem it necessary. Mega Travel Colombia, as an intermediary operator, bears no responsibility for any problems that may arise from these changes.

CHILDREN'S RATES:

• Children 0–1.99 years free.
• Children 2–7.99 years receive a 40% discount on the adult price for a double room.
• Children sharing the same room with their parents without an additional bed (maximum two adults + one child)

Please note:

• December 25, 2025: The city tour will not operate.
• January 1, 2026: The city tour will not operate.
• Museums and archaeological sites are closed throughout Greece:
• December 25 & 26, January 1 & March 25
• Stay in Athens in Basic Category, on the Tourist Category circuit, and in Selection, Superior & Luxury Category, on the First Category circuit.

This is a list of the most frequently used hotels on this tour. This information is for information purposes only; passengers may stay in similar or alternative establishments in the same category.

TRAVEL NOTES

• Travel documents are delivered 8 days before departure.
• This itinerary may be subject to modifications due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen factors, or availability at the time of booking.
• As of March 1, 2024, all travelers staying at any accommodation throughout Greece are required to pay the "Climate Crisis Resilience Tax." The above rates do not include this tax. The hotel is responsible for collecting the corresponding amount directly from guests. The incoming hotel cannot be the intermediary for the specific payment and assumes no responsibility should the hotel not receive the corresponding amount directly from the guest.
• A visa is required for multiple Schengen entry from certain countries.
• All itineraries are subject to change without prior notice. The order of the sites visited may vary from the original program due to circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event of unavailable accommodation at the hotels mentioned above, similar hotels will be used.
• Excursions and Tours: Tours include an air-conditioned bus and a professional English-speaking guide. All excursions and visits not mentioned in the "includes" section are not included in the packages and are optional.
• Tours are sold by category and not by hotel name, which are purely indicative.
• The tour order may be changed without prior notice, always respecting all included visits.
• Program with a stay in Athens in Basic Category, in the Tourist Category Hotels circuit.
• Program with a stay in Athens in Selection, Superior & Luxury Categories, in the First Category Hotels circuit.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours whose prices are described in the program will be offered by our operator at the destination, purchased locally or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established in the tours may vary. The guide has complete autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We will not be responsible for services contracted with other companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit $125.00 NON-REFUNDABLE
• 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program value
• 90 days before the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program value
• 60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program value
