DAY 1: WASHINGTON
Arrival at the hotel on your own. After check-in, the rest of the day is at leisure.
DAY 2: WASHINGTON
American breakfast. Departure for a four-hour city tour that will take us to Arlington Cemetery, where the graves of the Kennedy brothers are located; the Lincoln Memorial; the Iwo Jima Memorial; the Korean War Memorial and World War II Memorial; the White House (outside view); Pennsylvania Avenue; and the Capitol. Free afternoon to visit the Smithsonian Institution museums. Overnight stay.

DAY 3: WASHINGTON / LANCASTER / PHILADELPHIA / NEW YORK
American breakfast. In the morning, we begin our return to New York. Traveling through the state of Pennsylvania, we will pass through Lancaster and the Amish countryside, where we will make a brief visit and stop at Amish Village. We continue to Philadelphia, the city where thirteen colonies declared their independence from England. Upon arrival, a brief city tour will be conducted, including: Elfreth’s Alley, the historic Victorian district, Benjamin Franklin Boulevard with a stop in front of the Art Museum, and the Liberty Bell. We then continue our journey to New York. Arrival and overnight stay.
DAY 4: NEW YORK
American breakfast. City tour. On the way to Upper Manhattan along Central Park, we will pass by Lincoln Center, the Dakota Building, and Strawberry Fields. After a brief stop in Central Park to see the “Imagine” plaque in tribute to John Lennon, we continue to Harlem. After touring the area, we descend along Fifth Avenue, where we will see the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Frick Collection, and the Guggenheim Museum. Passing by St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Rockefeller Center, we will make a brief stop at Madison Square for views of the Flatiron Building and the Empire State Building. We then continue to Lower Manhattan, passing through Greenwich Village, Ground Zero, the 9/11 Memorial, the Calatrava Station (Oculus), and a view of the Statue of Liberty before returning to Midtown Manhattan. Includes admission to the EDGE Observation Deck, which can be visited at the end of the tour. In the evening, we will continue exploring this great metropolis on our Night Tour, enjoying the illuminated lights of Broadway, bridges, and a bay crossing by ferry. Overnight stay.
