Please arrive at Tocumen International Airport 3 hours prior to departure to board Turkish Airlines flight TK 800 departing at 18:45 to Istanbul. Overnight on board.

Arrival at 15:30 (connecting flight). Approximate layover time: 11 hours.

Connecting flight TK-198 departing at 02:30 AM. Arrival in Tokyo at 19:45 local time at Haneda International Airport. Transfer to the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. At 08:20 AM, meeting at the lobby (Main Tower, ground floor / 1st floor). Half-day city tour of Tokyo with a Spanish-speaking guide.

Visits include:

• Meiji Shrine (dedicated to Emperor Meiji)
• Imperial Palace Plaza (outside visit)
• Senso-ji Temple & Nakamise Street

Tour ends around 13:00 in Ginza. Free afternoon. (Lunch not included)

Breakfast at the hotel. At 07:50 AM, departure for a full-day excursion to Hakone with a Spanish-speaking guide.

Visits include:

• Lake Ashi (boat cruise)
• Hakone Shrine
• Hakone Open-Air Museum

Return to the hotel around 17:00. Lunch included.

Important Note: If the boat cannot operate due to weather conditions, Hakone Sekishoato will be visited instead.

Breakfast at the hotel. *One suitcase per person will be sent separately by truck from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto.

• At 08:00 am meeting in the lobby and transfer to Tokyo Station with a Spanish-speaking assistant.

• At 09:21 am departure from Tokyo to Kyoto on bullet train Nozomi #227.

• At 11:32 am arrival at Kyoto Station where a Spanish-speaking guide will receive you.

Beginning of the excursion to Nara in group. Nara is located one hour away from Kyoto.

IN NARA WE WILL VISIT:

• Todai-ji Temple (colossal Buddha statue)

• Nara Park (with many deer)

At 18:00-18:30 Arrival at the hotel in Kyoto and check in.

*Lunch is NOT included. We will have free time for lunch.

One suitcase per person will be sent separately by truck from the hotel in Tokyo to the hotel in Kyoto.

In low season when there are not enough passengers, we do not charter a truck and use a regular delivery service, and in this case the luggage arrives at the hotel in Kyoto the next day, therefore passengers need to carry with them a backpack or small suitcase with clothes and other essentials to spend one night.

Breakfast at the hotel. At 08:20hrs meeting in the Lobby and departure for the full day visit of Kyoto in group with a Spanish-speaking guide.

WE WILL VISIT:

• Sanjusangendo Temple (with a thousand statues of Kannon, god of mercy)

• Fushimi Inari Shrine (with thousands of “torii” gates)

• Golden Temple Kinkaku-Ji

• Tenryu-Ji Temple (with a beautiful Japanese garden)

• Sagano Bamboo Forest in Arashiyama

Around 17:30hrs return to the hotel. Lunch in a restaurant is included that day. Accommodation.

For those who wish to visit Gion (geisha district), we will continue immediately to this district by bus. The walk through the Gion district and return to the hotel from there will be at the passengers’ own expense.

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day free for personal activities.

OPTIONAL TOUR TO HIROSHIMA & MIYAJIMA $555.00

At 07:30hrs meeting in the hotel lobby with the Spanish-speaking guide and transfer to Kyoto Station. At 08:26hrs departure from Kyoto on bullet train Nozomi #3 and arrival in Hiroshima around 10:01hrs and start of the visit. (If there are less than 10 passengers, we will carry out the visit using public transportation, otherwise if there are 10 or more passengers, we will carry out the optional tour in private bus).

WE WILL VISIT:

Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima Island,

Hiroshima Peace Park and Museum,

Atomic Bomb Dome,

At the end of the tour transfer to Hiroshima Station and departure around 17:57hrs to Kyoto on bullet train Nozomi #52. The tour ends upon arrival at Kyoto Station around 19:37hrs, from the station to the hotel transfer is at passengers’ own expense, by hotel shuttle bus or taxi. Lunch NOT included. Accommodation.

In principle we will not sell this optional tour at destination. Passengers need to reserve the tour 4 weeks before traveling to Japan. Depending on availability, we may not be able to confirm.

Breakfast at the hotel. *If the hotel departure time is early and passengers cannot have breakfast at the hotel, the hotel will provide a simple breakfast to go.

At the scheduled time. Transfer to the airport to take flight OZ-115 around 09:00 am. Arrival at Incheon International Airport. Meeting with Spanish-speaking tour guide. Transfer to Seoul.

Check-in at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky (observatory included). Visit Coex shopping mall with the Style sculpture. Visit Gangnam square. Check in at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Gyeongbok Palace. Visit Gwanghwamun Square. Pass by Seoul City Hall and Deoksugung Palace. Free time for shopping in Myeongdong street. Check in at the hotel. 

After breakfast at the hotel, free day. (Without transportation or tour guide)

Optional small group tour to the DMZ: USD 135.00 per person (minimum 1 person) Meeting point: City Hall metro station or Myeongdong metro station. Imjingak Park / Freedom Bridge / Third Infiltration Tunnel / DMZ Theater / Dora Observatory / City Hall metro station or Myeongdong metro station

Transfer to Incheon International Airport for departure. (Driver only, without tour guide). To take flight TK-091 at 00:10 hrs with connection in Istanbul, we connect with flight TK-800 at 08:00 to final destination Panama.
