Your adventure begins in the charming city of Copenhague, renowned for its colorful canals, historic landmarks, and vibrant atmosphere. Continue aboard an exclusive overnight cruise to Oslo, sailing through breathtaking Scandinavian scenery. The journey then takes you to the Arctic heart of Tromsø, one of the world’s best destinations to witness the magical Northern Lights and enjoy authentic Sami cultural experiences, including reindeer sledding and evenings under illuminated Arctic skies.
The tour concludes in the elegant city of Estocolmo, built across islands and waterways, where history, modern design, and Scandinavian charm come together beautifully.
DAY 1 MON- COPENHAGEN
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. The guide will be at the hotel from 6:30 pm.
DAY 2 MAR- COPENHAGEN
Breakfast and panoramic city tour, visiting its main monuments and historical sites such as City Hall Square, Christiansborg Palace (the current seat of Parliament), the Gefion Fountain, Nyhavn harbor with its picturesque and colorful 17th-century houses, and of course, the city's emblem, the famous Little Mermaid. Optionally, we can visit the majestic Royal Castle of Frederiksborg in North Zealand. Free afternoon and overnight stay.
DAY 3 WED - COPENHAGEN - DFDS CRUISE – OSLO
Breakfast and free time until 3:00 PM, then transfer to the port where we will board the DFDS cruise ship bound for Oslo. The ship features various restaurants, a bar, shops, a nightclub, and Wi-Fi. Accommodation in an outside cabin with a window. Buffet dinner on board.
DAY 4 THURSDAY-OSLO
Breakfast on board and arrival in Oslo at 9:30 a.m. Disembarkation and visit to the "Viking Capital," located at the end of the Oslo Fjord, including the City Hall, Akershus Fortress, the Royal Palace, the Parliament Building, and Vigeland Park with Gustav Vigeland's famous bronze sculptures symbolizing the cycle of human life and the Great Akerbrygge, a monolith with 121 intertwined figures. Free afternoon to explore Oslo's vibrant Akerbrygge district, a revitalized port area with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shops. Overnight stay.
DAY 5 FRI- OSLO – TROMSÖ
Breakfast and departure for the airport to take the flight to Tromsø. Arrival and accommodation.
DAY 6 SAT- TROMSÖ
Breakfast and panoramic city tour, including a visit to the Arctic Cathedral. Afterward, we'll ascend Mount Fløya on the Fjellheisen cable car for breathtaking views of the city, the surrounding islands, and the fjords. Return to the hotel and free afternoon. In the evening, we'll depart for a Sami camp located 75 minutes from Tromsø. This area boasts a stable, dry climate with many clear days. Due to the stable weather, there's a greater chance of spotting the delicate rays of the Northern Lights (a natural phenomenon not guaranteed). Furthermore, in this uninhabited area, no artificial light will disturb your experience or your attempt to capture the aurora borealis with your camera. During the visit, you'll be served a hot meal and enjoy some time together around an open fire in the Great Lavvu (Sami shepherd's tent). Overnight stay.
DAY 7 SUN - TROMSÖ
Breakfast. After breakfast, we'll head to a Sami camp. Following in the footsteps of Sami culture, you'll enjoy a reindeer-pulled sleigh ride through picturesque frozen landscapes. This adventure is suitable for all ages, as you'll be seated and driven in pairs with one sleigh per reindeer. Afterward, you can try to lasso a reindeer, just as the Sami do before branding them. We'll conclude this excursion with a hot lunch. Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Tromsø.
DAY 8 MON- TROMSÖ – OSLO
Breakfast and transfer to the airport at the scheduled time for your flight to Oslo. Arrival in Oslo and check-in at your hotel.
DAY 9 MAR- OSLO – STOCKHOLM
Breakfast and transfer to the train station to take the high-speed train to Stockholm. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 10 WED-STOCKHOLM
Breakfast and a city tour during which we will visit the old town, Gamla Stan, home to some of its most historically significant buildings, such as the Royal Palace, the House of Nobility, and the Nobel Museum. We will then travel to the island of Södermalm, situated on several hills, offering spectacular views of northern Stockholm from the observation deck. Overnight stay.
DAY 11 THURSDAY - STOCKHOLM
Breakfast and transfer to the airport.
