TRAVEL NOTES

• Travel documents are delivered 8 days prior to departure.
• This itinerary may be subject to modifications due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is detailed in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established for the itineraries may vary.

The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We are not responsible for services contracted with other companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit: $125.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE)
• 120 days prior to departure: 50% payment of the contracted program price.
• 90 days prior to departure: 80% payment of the contracted program price
• 60 days prior to departure: 100% payment of the contracted program price
