  • Please note that for packages with transfers to the event, passengers will likely have to walk long distances from the vehicle drop-off point to their final destination. In some cases, they will have to climb stairs. It is important that the client and the final passenger are aware of this information to avoid problems when attending a sporting event or show. If a passenger has reduced mobility, it is essential to know this in advance.
  • Tickets can be season passes, physical tickets, electronic tickets, or tickets to download via a mobile app (Pass Wallet, etc.). For these, the client needs a mobile phone with internet access to show the downloaded ticket. Tower Travel is exempt from any responsibility if clients do not have a smartphone in the case of tickets to download via the app.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is described in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased from here or directly there. However, if passengers decide to participate in any of these activities, they should not book them with a different operator, as the schedules for the tours may vary. The guide has full discretion to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Initial deposit: $500 per passenger
  • 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the total program cost
  • 90 days before the start of the trip: 80% payment of the total program cost
  • 60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the total program cost
