DAY 01 KANSAI / ITAMI (ARRIVAL) – OSAKA

Arrival at Osaka/Kansai International Airport (or Itami) on your flight.

After immigration and customs, you will be met by a Spanish-speaking assistant.

Transfer to the hotel by shared shuttle with an assistant.

Check-in at the hotel and the rest of the day is free for your personal activities.

Check-in at the Osaka hotel is from 3:00 PM.

If you would like early check-in, you must request an extra night before the tour, although availability cannot be guaranteed.

Overnight stay at the Osaka hotel for 1 night.

DAY 02 OSAKA – NARA – KYOTO

Approximately 8:30-9:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

Meet in the lobby and begin your city tour with a Spanish-speaking guide, including a visit to Osaka Castle (*).

After the visit, depart for Nara to see Todaiji Temple with its enormous Buddha statue (*) and the Sacred Deer Park.

Lunch at a restaurant.

In the afternoon, depart for Kyoto.

En route, visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine.

After the visit, transfer to your hotel.

Approximately 6:00 PM: Overnight stay in Kyoto for 3 nights.

DAY 03 KYOTO

Approx. 8:00-8:30 AM Breakfast at the hotel.

Meet in the lobby and begin your tour of the ancient capital of Kyoto with a Spanish-speaking guide. Visit Nijo Castle (*), Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion) (*), and the Heian Shrine (Garden entrance not included).

1:30 PM Lunch at a restaurant.

The tour ends at the restaurant after lunch, and your return to the hotel is on your own.

Afternoon free for personal activities.

Transfer to the tea ceremony venue with a Spanish-speaking guide (transportation method will depend on the number of passengers participating in this activity).

Meet in the lobby and begin the excursion to Hiroshima and Miyajima with a Spanish-speaking guide.

Walk to Kyoto Station with your guide.

Departure from Kyoto to Hiroshima on the JR “Nozomi” Shinkansen bullet train, economy class.

Arrival in Hiroshima and begin the tour with your Spanish-speaking guide to visit the Peace Memorial Park and its museum(*) and the Atomic Bomb Dome in Hiroshima, and the Itsukushima Shrine(*) in Miyajima.

Lunch at a restaurant.

After the tour, return to Hiroshima Station.

Departure from Hiroshima to Kyoto on the JR “Nozomi” Shinkansen bullet train, economy class.

Arrival in Kyoto and the tour ends at Kyoto Station. Transfer to your hotel on your own.

Overnight stay at the hotel in Kyoto.

Notes: The means of transport for this tour depends on the number of participants. We will use a private coach/minibus, train, local bus, or taxi.

DAY 05 KYOTO – NAGOYA – MAGOME – TSUMAGO – TAKAYAMA

*** Your luggage will be transferred directly to your hotel in Tokyo. Please prepare hand luggage for two nights without checked baggage in Takayama and Hakone. ***

Approximately 7:20 – 7:40 AM. Breakfast at the hotel.

Meeting in the lobby and transfer to Kyoto Station.

Departure from Kyoto to Nagoya on the JR “Nozomi” Shinkansen (bullet train).

Approximately 8:15 AM. Arrival in Nagoya and visit to the post towns of Magome and Tsumago, along the old Nakasendo Road. We will take a walk in Magome. Departure for Tsumago where we will visit “Waki Honjin” (Old Samurai Inn) (*).

Approximately 8:50 AM.

Lunch NOT included.

Departure from Tsumago to Takayama by road.

Arrival in Takayama where the city tour begins with a visit to Kami-sannomachi Street.

Approximately 6:00 PM. After the tour, transfer to your hotel.

DAY 06 TAKAYAMA – SHIRAKAWAGO – NAGOYA – HAKONE

Approximately 7:45-8:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

Meeting in the lobby and departure for Shirakawago with a Spanish-speaking guide.

Arrival in Shirakawago and start of the village tour (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), including a visit to one of the traditional "Gassho-zukuri" houses (*).

After the tour, transfer to Nagoya Station.

Lunch at a restaurant.

Approximately 3:20 PM: Departure from Nagoya to Odawara by JR Shinkansen (bullet train).

Approximately 4:30 PM: Arrival in Odawara and transfer to your hotel (superior and standard categories) or ryokan (luxury category) in Hakone.

<Superior/Standard> Dinner and overnight stay in Hakone.

DAY 07 HAKONE – TOKYO

Approximately 8:20-9:20 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

Meeting in the lobby and beginning of the tour of Hakone National Park with a Spanish-speaking guide. Visit Lake Ashi by mini-cruise(*) and take the ropeway(*) for panoramic views of Hakone and Mount Fuji.

Lunch at a restaurant.

After the tour, departure from Hakone to Tokyo.

Arrival in Tokyo and start of the tour of Tokyo Tower(*). After the tour, transfer to your hotel.

Approximately 5:30 PM: Overnight stay at the hotel in Tokyo for 3 nights.

*Notes: Depending on weather conditions, visits may be substituted with others such as museums and/or temples. The panoramic view of Mount Fuji will also depend on the weather.

It is very difficult to see Mount Fuji at any time of year, especially in summer because it is often foggy.

DAY 08 TOKYO

Approximately 8:00-8:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

Meet in the lobby and begin your Tokyo city tour with a Spanish-speaking guide. Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple with its Nakamise shopping arcade, Meiji Shrine (*), and the Ginza district.

Approximately 1:30 PM: Lunch at a restaurant.

The tour ends at the restaurant, and your return to the hotel is on your own.

Afternoon free for personal activities.

Overnight at the hotel in Tokyo.

DAY 09 TOKYO

Breakfast at the hotel.

Free day for your personal activities.

****OPTIONAL EXCURSION TO NIKKO ****

Approx. 7:30-8:00 AM: Meet in the lobby and begin your excursion to Nikko with a Spanish-speaking guide.

In Nikko, we will visit the Toshogu Shrine (*) and Kegon Falls, ascending the Iroha zigzag road.

Lunch at a restaurant.

Approx. 7:00-7:30 PM: After the tour, return to your hotel in Tokyo.

*Note:

(1) The means of transportation for this excursion depends on the number of participants. We will use a private coach/minibus, train, local bus, or taxi.

(2) During peak season, visits may be substituted depending on traffic conditions.

(3) During the Golden Week peak season, we will use a train and taxi or a private bus. It's not possible to get train tickets to Nikko for these dates without sufficient advance notice.

DAY 10 TOKYO – NARITA / HANEDA (DEPARTURE)

Breakfast at the hotel.

Meeting in the lobby and transfer to Narita International Airport (or Haneda) by regular service with a Spanish-speaking assistant.

Departure from Narita (or Haneda) on your flight.

Your Tokyo hotel room is available until 10:00 AM.

If you require a late check-out, you must request an extra night post-tour, although availability cannot be guaranteed.

RATES

  • Rates valid from April 2027 to March 2028
  • Prices in US dollars per person
  • Subject to change without notice and availability at the time of booking.
  • The program and itinerary rates have been calculated based on the fluctuating exchange rate between the Japanese Yen and the US Dollar. Therefore, these rates may change at any time due to currency fluctuations. Any price changes will be communicated to the traveler or travel agency in writing or by any other means, as these differences must be borne by the traveler.
  • In the standard category, a double bed is not available. As double beds are not common in Japan, most standard category hotels do not offer this type of room. Therefore, the standard category is not recommended for honeymooners.
  • Passengers can request a double bed in Kyoto and Tokyo in the superior and luxury categories at no extra charge, although this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on hotel availability.
  • Single occupancy rooms may be smaller than twin rooms.
  • Triple rooms will be twin rooms with an extra bed. The third bed can be smaller than the two main ones or it can be a sofa bed and they can be very narrow.
  • Triple rooms are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotels.
  • We do not recommend triple rooms for adults.
  • The price for children aged 0-5 does not include the following services: crib, bed, meals, train and bus seats. If any of these services are required, the child rate will apply, even if the child is under 6 years old.

  • This is a list of the hotels most frequently used on this tour. It is provided for informational purposes only, and passengers may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments within the same category.
  • The tour is sold as a package, therefore it is not possible to stay in different hotels or change to a different room category from those assigned for each departure.

TRAVEL NOTES

  • Travel documents are delivered 8 days prior to departure.
  • This itinerary may be subject to change due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
  • If passengers do not use any of the services included in the program, there will be no discount or refund, for example, due to a delayed arrival flight.
  • Meals do not include beverages.
  • FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES: Any food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian diet, etc.) must be communicated in as much detail as possible before arrival in Japan. We cannot guarantee any special diet or menu. Please note that Japan is not a country adapted to this. If you may experience severe reactions or cannot accept the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot provide food. In such cases, we will offer a refund/discount of JPY 35,000.
  • TOURS: For groups of 10 or more, the tour is operated by taxi, private car, minibus, or coach, with a Spanish-speaking guide according to the itinerary, including entrance fees to the monuments marked with an asterisk (*) in the itinerary. *For groups of fewer than 10 people, public transportation is used.
  • For flights departing before 11:30 AM from Tokyo (NRT/HND), there may not be time for breakfast. There is no possibility of offering a box breakfast or a refund.

TRANSFERS IN/OUT:

  • Transfer IN (Kansai/Itami Airport – tour hotel in Osaka): Regular service with a Spanish-speaking assistant. In some cases, this is not a direct transfer.
  • Transfer OUT (Tour hotel in Tokyo – Narita/Haneda Airport): Regular service with a Spanish-speaking assistant. In some cases, this is not a direct transfer.
  • In case of any errors in the flight information, or if you wish to change the transfer time/date, there is a surcharge (JPY 15,000 NET per booking) for the change. However, changes cannot be guaranteed due to time constraints or availability. Furthermore, if passengers arrive on a different flight than the one provided and the new flight has not been reported, the transfer will be automatically canceled.
  • For additional nights (pre-tour night in Osaka and/or post-tour night in Tokyo), the transfer is included as long as it is to the same hotel as the tour. - For transfers to and from hotels other than those listed on the tour, a supplement of JPY 15,000 NET per booking will apply.
  • Transfers between the tour hotel and a different hotel are not included. These can be arranged at an additional cost upon request. - For flights arriving at KIX between 10:00 PM and 6:30 AM, a supplement of JPY 15,000 NET per booking will apply to the arrival transfer.
  • For flights arriving at KIX between 6:00 AM and 6:29 AM, this supplement is waived provided clients are willing to wait for the assistant to arrive after 6:30 AM. Otherwise, please request pick-up upon arrival of your flight, with the additional charge of JPY 15,000 NET per booking.
  • For flights between 01:00 and 10:30 from NRT, and between 01:00 and 09:30 from HND, the departure transfer is charged at a supplement of JPY 15,000 NET per booking.

GUIDE/ASSISTANT: A Spanish-speaking guide/assistant will be provided throughout the tour, except for the bullet train journeys from Kyoto to Nagoya (Day 5) or from Nagoya to Odawara (Day 6) and free days. In some cases, dinner in Takayama and/or Hakone may not be accompanied by a guide/assistant.

LUGGAGE: One standard-sized suitcase (up to 23 kg) per person is included. There is a surcharge for each additional suitcase per person/shipment (payable directly in Japan).

  • Guests will spend one night in Takayama and one night in Hakone without their luggage, so please prepare carry-on luggage (up to 10 kg) for these two nights. Luggage will be transported directly from Kyoto to Tokyo.

OTHER:

  • Necessary taxes, highway tolls, and parking fees are included.
  • Tips for guides and drivers are voluntary.
  • If you have a layover in Japan, please allow at least 3 hours between your international and domestic flights if they are at the same airport to reduce the possibility of missing your connecting flight. If they are at different airports, please allow at least 5 hours between flights. In all cases, passengers must complete immigration procedures, collect their luggage, clear customs, and check in again for their domestic flight (please check with your agency and/or the airline). We also recommend that you provide us with a contact number in case of any issues.
  • If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the tour's operation and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be required to leave the tour without any discount or refund for services they are unable to enjoy.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

  • The suggested visits or tours, whose price is described in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established for the itineraries may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.
  • We are not responsible for services contracted with other companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Initial deposit: $125.00 per passenger or the total cost of the airfare
  • 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program price
  • 90 days before the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program price
  • 60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program price
