DAY 01 CAIRO

Arrival in Cairo, assistance from our Spanish-speaking representative, transfer to the hotel, and accommodation.

DAY 02 CAIRO

Breakfast. In the morning, visit the three pyramids (located just 20 km from Cairo, the great Giza necropolis is undoubtedly a must-see site in Egypt; it is home to the three Giza pyramids—Cheops, Khafre, and Menkaure—and the Sphinx). In the afternoon, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) (lunch not included). Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

DAY 03 CAIRO

DAY 04 CAIRO – ASWAN

Breakfast, transfer to the domestic airport for the flight to Aswan (not included). Arrival, assistance, and transfer to the pier; embarkation and visit to the Temple of Philae and the Aswan High Dam. Dinner and overnight on board in Aswan.

DAY 05 ASWAN – KOM OMBO – EDFU

Full board on board. Start of navigation to Kom Ombo. Visit to the Temple dedicated to the Gods Sobek and Haroeris. Navigation to Edfu. Night in Edfu.

DAY 06 EDFU - LUXOR

Full board on board. In the morning, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Sail to Esna; after passing through the lock, continue to Luxor. Overnight in Luxor.

DAY 07 LUXOR - EL CAIRO.

Breakfast and disembarkation. In the morning, cross to the West Bank of the Nile to visit the Theban Necropolis: the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon.

Transfer to Luxor Airport and flight to Cairo (not included). Arrival, assistance, and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

DAY 08 CAIRO/RETURN

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for the return flight.

CHILD POLICY

Sharing a room with parents (No extra bed; maximum of 1 child in a double room):

  • Ages 0–1.99: Free for land services; only airfare applies.
  • Ages 2–11.99: Sharing with parents; 50% of the package price plus a discount on airfare.
  • Age 12+: Charged as an adult.

Triple rooms in Egypt consist of either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed plus a sofa bed; the price is the same as for a double room.

Rates valid for travel until April 30, 2027. (Surcharges apply during High Season—Christmas, New Year, and Holy Week; please consult your sales advisor.)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR EGYPT

  • Complete vaccination schedule.
  • Yellow fever vaccine: Must be administered at least 10 days prior to travel.
  • Travelers over the age of 60 must present a medical certificate for travel.

Note: If you have not yet received the vaccine, please note that it must be administered at least 15 days before your trip.

VISA FOR ENTRY TO EGYPT

Starting August 1, 2026, Egyptian authorities will implement a new system for obtaining entry visas for passengers arriving at Cairo International Airport.

Under this new procedure, passengers must process their visa via a mobile app upon arrival at the airport. The process is as follows:

  • Download the application to your mobile phone.
  • Complete the registration and activation process.
  • Obtain the visa in QR code format.
  • Present the QR code and make the payment directly at the airport.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours listed in the program will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased either here or directly at the destination. However, if a passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not book them with a different operator, as the tour schedules may vary. The guide has full authority to modify the order of scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while still honoring the contracted services.

We will not be held responsible for services contracted with other companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Initial deposit: $125.00 per passenger
  • 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program cost
  • 90 days before the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program cost
  • 60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program cost
