DAY 01 KANSAI / ITAMI (ARRIVAL) – KYOTO
Arrival at Kansai International Airport (or Itami) on your flight.
After clearing immigration and customs, you will be met by a Spanish-speaking assistant.
Transfer to the hotel via shared service, accompanied by the assistant.
Arrival at the hotel; the rest of the day is at your leisure.
Check-in at the Kyoto hotel begins at 3:00 PM.
If early check-in is desired, a pre-tour night must be requested, though availability cannot be guaranteed.

DAY 02 KYOTO
Breakfast at the hotel.
08:00 Meeting in the lobby and start of the city tour with a Spanish-speaking guide to visit Sanjusangen-do Temple(*), Nijo Castle(*), Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion)(*), the garden of Tenryuji Temple(*), and the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove.
Lunch at a restaurant.
17:30 Return to the hotel after the tour.
Overnight stay at a hotel in Kyoto.
DAY 03 KYOTO

After the visit, return to the hotel in Kyoto.

DAY 04 KYOTO - HIMEJI – KURASHIKI – HIROSHIMA
*** Your suitcases will be forwarded to the hotel in Hiroshima via a courier service and will arrive the following day. Please pack an overnight bag for the night you will be without your main luggage. ***

07:30 Meet in the lobby and transfer to Kyoto Station.
08:00 Depart Kyoto for Himeji on the "Hikari" bullet train.
08:56 Arrive in Himeji and begin the visit to Himeji Castle (*), a World Heritage Site.
After the visit, depart for Kurashiki by road.
Lunch at a restaurant.
In the afternoon, begin a city tour to visit the former Ohashi Family Residence (*) and the historic "Bikan" district.
Approx. 17:00 After the visit, depart for Hiroshima by road.
Approx. 19:30 Arrive in Hiroshima and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Hiroshima (2 nights).
*Note: Admission to Himeji Castle cannot be reserved in advance, and long lines often form to climb the tower. If it is not possible to climb the tower, a visit to Osaka Castle will be added to the itinerary on Day 8 instead.
DAY 05 HIROSHIMA
Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 Meeting in the lobby and start of the tour of the city and Miyajima Island with a Spanish-speaking guide. The tour includes visits to the Peace Memorial Park and its museum (*), the Atomic Bomb Dome, and the Itsukushima Shinto Shrine (*) on Miyajima Island—famous for its "torii" gate standing in the sea.
17:00 Return to the hotel after the tour.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Hiroshima.
DAY 06 HIROSHIMA – KOYASAN
*** Your main luggage will be transferred directly to the hotel in Osaka. Please pack an overnight bag for the two-night stay at Koyasan and Kawayu Onsen. ***

08:35 Depart Hiroshima for Shin-Osaka via the "Nozomi" bullet train.
10:10 Arrive at Shin-Osaka and depart for Koyasan by road.

Arrive at Koyasan and begin a tour of the sacred mountain with a Spanish-speaking guide, visiting Kongobuji Temple (*), Danjo Garan, and the Okunoin Mausoleum.
17:00 After the tour, transfer to the *shukubo* (Buddhist temple lodging).
Buddhist vegetarian dinner at the *shukubo*.
Overnight stay at the *shukubo*.
DAY 07 KOYASAN – KUMANO KODO (KUMANO ROAD) – KAWAYU ONSEN
Early in the morning, you may participate in the temple's religious services.
Traditional Japanese vegetarian breakfast at the *shukubo* (temple lodging).
08:30 – Meet in the lobby and depart by road for the sacred site of Kumano, accompanied by a Spanish-speaking guide.
Arrival in Kumano and lunch at a restaurant.
In the afternoon, we will walk along the ancient Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route for approximately 50 minutes (2 km) on an uphill mountain path.
17:00 – Finally, we will visit Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine—the main site of the pilgrimage route—and Oyunohara (the original site of Kumano Hongu Taisha).
After the visit, transfer to the *ryokan* (traditional inn).
Dinner at the *ryokan*.
Overnight stay at the *ryokan* in Kawayu Onsen.
DAY 08 KAWAYU ONSEN – OSAKA
Breakfast at the ryokan.
Meeting in the lobby.
08:30 Departure from Kawayu Onsen to Osaka by coach.
11:30 Arrival in Osaka and start of the city tour, visiting the "Floating Garden" Observatory at the Umeda Sky Building (*) and the Dotonbori district.
After the tour, transfer to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Osaka (1 night).
DAY 09 OSAKA – KANAZAWA

11:13 Arrival in Kanazawa and start of the city tour with a Spanish-speaking guide, visiting Kenroku-en Garden(*), Oumicho Market, the Higashi Chaya District, and the Nagamachi District, where we will visit the former residence of the Nomura samurai family(*).

DAY 10 KANAZAWA – SHIRAKAWAGO – TAKAYAMA

Arrival in Shirakawago and start of the tour of the World Heritage-listed village, including a visit to one of the traditional "Gassho-zukuri" houses (*).

DAY 11 TAKAYAMA – NAGOYA – HAKONE – TOKYO

In the afternoon, tour of Fuji-Hakone National Park, including a mini-cruise on Lake Ashi (*) and a ride on the ropeway (*).

Approx. 19:00 Check-in at the hotel in Tokyo for a 3-night stay.
*Note: Depending on weather conditions, the mini-cruise and ropeway ride may be replaced by other visits, such as museums and/or temples. Visibility of Mount Fuji also depends on the weather.
Mount Fuji is difficult to see at any time of year, especially in summer, as it is often cloudy.
DAY 12 TOKYO
Breakfast at the hotel.
08:45 Meeting in the lobby and start of the Tokyo tour with a Spanish-speaking guide, visiting Tokyo Tower (*), Asakusa Kannon Temple with its Nakamise shopping arcade, and taking a panoramic bus tour of the city.
Approx. 13:30 Lunch at a restaurant.
The tour concludes at the restaurant; return to the hotel is on your own.

DAY 13 TOKYO

Approx. 08:00: Meet in the lobby and depart for the Nikko excursion with a Spanish-speaking guide. Upon arrival in Nikko, visit the Toshogu Shinto Shrine(*) and Kegon Falls, traveling up the "I-Ro-Ha" zigzag road.
Lunch at a restaurant (included).
Approx. 19:00: Return to the hotel in Tokyo after the tour.

(1) The mode of transport for this excursion depends on the number of participants. We will use a private coach/minibus, train, local bus, or taxi.
(2) During peak season, the itinerary may be modified depending on traffic conditions. Return times to the hotel may also vary due to traffic.
(3) During the Golden Week peak season, we will use a combination of train and taxi or a private bus. It is not possible to secure train tickets to Nikko for these dates without sufficient advance notice.

DAY 14 TOKYO

Meet in the lobby and transfer to Narita (or Haneda) International Airport with a Spanish-speaking assistant.

If a late check-out is desired, it is necessary to request a post-tour extra night, although availability cannot be guaranteed.

FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES: Please provide the most detailed information possible regarding food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian requirements, etc.) prior to arrival in Japan; please note that we cannot guarantee any specific diet or special menu. Please note that Japan is not generally set up to accommodate such requirements. If there is a risk of severe reactions or if you are unwilling to accept the risk of cross-contamination prevalent in the country, we cannot provide meals. In such cases, we offer a refund/discount of JPY 40,000.
For flights departing from Tokyo (NRT/HND) before 11:30 AM, there may not be time for breakfast. ** Neither a boxed breakfast nor a refund can be provided.
TRANSFERS (ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE):
SIGHTSEEING: For groups of 10 or more, the tour operates using a taxi, private car, minibus, or coach with a Spanish-speaking guide as per the itinerary, including admission to monuments marked with an asterisk (*) in the itinerary. *For groups of fewer than 10 people, public transport is used.
TRAIN: Reserved seats in economy class. First class is not available for this program.
GUIDE/ASSISTANT: Spanish-speaking guide/assistant throughout the tour, except on free days.
LUGGAGE: One standard-sized suitcase (up to 23 kg) per person included. A surcharge applies for the second suitcase onwards per person/shipment (payable directly in Japan). Luggage will be transferred directly between Kyoto, Hiroshima, Osaka, and Tokyo. Clients will travel without their main luggage during stays in Hiroshima (1 night), Koyasan and Kawayu Onsen (2 nights), and Kanazawa and Takayama (2 nights).
Please prepare a piece of hand luggage (up to 10 kg) for these nights.
OTHER:
(1) Applicable taxes, highway tolls, and parking fees are included.
Tips for guides and drivers are voluntary.
(2) For layovers in Japan, please allow at least 3 hours between international and domestic flights if using the same airport, to minimize the risk of missing the connecting flight.
If different airports are involved, please allow at least 5 hours between flights.
In all cases, passengers must clear immigration, collect their luggage, clear customs, and re-check in for the domestic flight (please verify this with your travel agency and/or the airline). We also recommend providing a contact number for the clients in case of any irregularities.
(3) If a passenger's behavior endangers tour operations and/or causes disturbance to the rest of the group, they will be required to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they are unable to use.
(4) NOT INCLUDED: personal expenses, passport or visa application fees.
OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS
The suggested tours listed in the program will be offered by our local operator and may be purchased either in advance or directly at the destination. However, if passengers choose to participate in these activities, they should not book them through a different operator, as the tour schedules may be subject to change. The guide has full authority to modify the order of scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while still honoring the contracted services.
