RATES:

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice – subject to availability – limited spaces.
• Prices change constantly, so we recommend verifying them and not considering this document as final.
• Children under 2 years of age are considered infants and do not incur any additional charges. If an infant requires the transportation of an additional stroller or special child car seat, this must be communicated at the beginning of the service quotation process to verify the available space and capacity of the vehicle.
• The maximum number of children allowed per room when sharing with their parents is subject to each hotel's policies.
• Booking Period (Active Offer): November 1 to 30, 2026.
• Travel Period: November, December, January, February, and March 2027.
• Twin Accommodation: Subject to availability and rate variations at each hotel.
• Triple Accommodation: If three identical beds are required, a specific request must be made at the beginning of the reservation process. Triple accommodation is quoted in a double room with two twin beds (140 x 190 cm each), plus an additional person sharing a bed, or a sofa bed may be requested depending on the room size and availability.

• This is a list of the hotels most frequently used on this tour. It is provided for reference purposes only, and passengers may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments within the same category.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS REGARDING THE TRAVEL PROGRAMS:

1. The contracted transportation service allows up to one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg and one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg per person.
2. In case of excess luggage, the possibility of accommodating it at no additional cost will be verified according to the vehicle's capacity.
3. Passengers must not leave valuable items inside the transportation vehicle. Passengers are advised not to leave valuables inside the vehicle transporting them, as we cannot be held responsible for the misplacement, damage, deterioration, theft, or loss of passengers' belongings.
4. Transfers for flights arriving between 20:00 and 06:00 hrs will be subject to an additional surcharge.
5. Standard travel programs include accommodation in standard-category rooms. If a passenger wishes to request a quotation for a different room category, it will be handled upon request, subject to availability and changes to the originally quoted rate.
6. If a reservation is made and the selected hotel is unavailable, an alternative hotel of a similar category and rate will be booked.
7. Hotel check-in time is from 15:00 hrs.
8. Hotel check-out time is before 12:00 hrs.
9. If twin accommodation is required, it must be requested from the beginning of the reservation process, as it is subject to availability according to the hotel's capacity and may result in price variations.
10. Triple accommodation is quoted in a twin double room. If three identical beds are required, a specific request must be made at the beginning of the reservation process, as this may result in changes to the room category and the originally quoted price.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• Initial Deposit: $125.00 NON-REFUNDABLE
• 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the total cost of the contracted travel program.
• 90 days before the start of the trip: 80% payment of the total cost of the contracted travel program.
• 60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the total cost of the contracted travel program.
