RATES

• Prices change constantly, so we suggest you verify them and not consider this document definitive. All itineraries are subject to change without notice for operational reasons. The order of visits may vary, without altering the content of the trip.
• All travelers in any type of accommodation throughout Greece are required to pay the "Climate Resilience Tax." 
• The rates indicated above do not include this additional tax. The hotel is responsible for collecting the corresponding amount directly from guests.

CHILDREN'S RATES:

• 0-1.99 years: Free.
• 2-7.99 years: 40% discount on the Double Room rate (sharing a room with two adults).
• Children sharing the same room with their parents without an extra bed (maximum two adults + one child).

On May 1, 2026: the 2-day tour and the Athens visit will not take place.

This is a list of the hotels most frequently used on this tour. It is provided for informational purposes only, and passengers may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments of the same category.

TRAVEL NOTES

• Travel documents are delivered 8 days prior to departure.
• This itinerary may be subject to change due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
• As of March 1, 2024, all travelers staying in any type of accommodation throughout Greece are required to pay the "Climate Crisis Resilience Tax." The rates indicated above do not include this tax. The hotel is responsible for collecting the corresponding amount directly from guests. The tour operator cannot act as an intermediary for this payment and assumes no responsibility if the hotel does not receive the corresponding amount directly from the client.
• A multiple-entry Schengen visa is required for certain countries.
• All itineraries are subject to change without prior notice. The order of the places visited may vary from the original program due to circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event of unavailability at the hotels mentioned, similar hotels will be used. Excursions and Tours: Tours include an air-conditioned bus and a professional Spanish-speaking guide. All excursions and visits not mentioned under "includes" are not included in the packages and are optional.
• Tours are sold by category, not by hotel names, which are for guidance only.
• The order of the tour may be changed without prior notice, always respecting all included visits.
• Program with stay in Athens in Basic Category, with accommodation in Tourist Category Hotels.
• Program with stay in Athens in Selection, Superior & Luxury Category, with accommodation in First Category Hotels.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is detailed in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established for the itineraries may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We are not responsible for services contracted with other companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit: $125.00 per passenger or the total cost of the airfare
• 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program price
• 90 days before the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program price
• 60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program price
